But we believe our mission is simple... It comes straight from the words of Jesus Himself. He tells us quite simply: “...go and make disciples...” That's our mission – to develop Christ followers. Not followers of our church, our method, our belief system, or even ourselves; but followers of Christ.
But what does a Christ-follower look like? We believe when you go through the New Testament you see what Christ-followers did then – and still do today!
Those who follow Christ do the following:

But what about vision? The Bible teaches that “...without vision, the people cast off restraint...” That basically means without vision, people do whatever they want.
We believe God has given us a clear vision far greater than ourselves. We believe He has put us here for this time to bring glory to His name by:
influencing, impacting, and transforming our neighbors, community, and world.
Influence is having an external force on the situation. Impact is bringing about change from the inside. And transformation is seeing more than behavioral modification, but real lasting change from the inside out.
We believe God gave us a “map” in Acts 1:8 to accomplish such a task. Starting in our neighborhoods and our community by partnering with community agencies, schools, and businesses to serve our community. Reaching our area by planting churches. Making a difference across our nation by partnering with mission efforts around the country. And seeing a global reach as we partner with missionaries around the world to reach their area.
This is God's vision for our church – it's His vision because it's God-sized. We embrace the challenge and are excited to move forward in seeing His name made famous!
