Brent Myers, Senior Pastor
Brent came to FBC in January 2008 after being a church planter in Cleveland, OH for almost two years. He is married to Aimee and has one daughter – Graciella. Prior to being in Cleveland, he served on staff at First Baptist Church, West Palm Beach for 9 years after leaving seminary (Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, Lynchburg, VA).

Anthony Hevia, Worship Leader / Community Ministries
Anthony joined the FBC Team in July of 2009 after graduating from Liberty University. A native of South Florida, Anthony is a talented musician with a great teaching gift. He is currently engaged to be married to his fiance, Ashlee Clarke (who serves in our preschool ministry). Anthony took over the leadership role of community ministries in May of 2010 in addition to the Worship Leadership responsibilities.

Sarah Urdanivia, Family Ministries Coordinator
Sarah joined the FBC Team in August 2010, but is really a “lifer” when it comes to our church family. Having grown up in the ministry from children's ministry all the way through students and then young marrieds, Sarah is no stranger to our church. She is married and has a daughter. She gives specific leadership to our elementary age kids while also being a teacher at North Grade Elementary School in our community.

Tony Fanego, Student Ministry Coordinator
Tony came aboard the FBC Team in August 2010 after having been a lay leader in our young married department for several years. Tony is married to his wife Laury (works with the students, too) and they have two boys: Gabriel and Antonio. Prior to leading the young marrieds, Tony was a lay person in our student ministry. When the opportunity arose, he felt God leading him back to student ministry. He is a full-time science teach at Lake Worth High School.

Glenda Davis, Church Ministry Assistant
Glenda is the central processing unit for the church. Helping with anything and everything and doing it with excellence is what she does. She has been a pillar of stability over the years as she has been on staff for over 30 years. She is married to Ray (a deacon and Sunday school teacher) and has two daughters (both Sunday school teachers) and six grandchildren.

Pat Kerce, Financial Secretary
Pat has Glenda beat – by 10 years! That's right, Pat has been on the FBC Team for over 40 years. She provides leadership to all of our church's financial needs and works with our Finance Committee. She is married to Ray (a deacon, preschool teacher, and head of our properties committee) and has three children and four grandsons.

Richard Earnest, Church Host
If there's a ministry job – Richard has had it! Richard has served many local churches in our area doing everything from janitor to teaching pastor, but most of his time has been spent in student ministry. In fact, Richard was the student minister at FBC before opening his own pizza shop (Mama Rae's on Lantana Road, East of I-95). Currently, he serves as our resident “chef” preparing Wednesday night and special event meals. Richard has two amazing children and is an avid Dolphins and Hurricanes fan.

George Zaloom, Pastor-At-Large
George comes to FBC via a life in New York. Like so many other from his generation, the warmth of the south became his home after retirement. A former business owner and church administrator, George is a volunteer staff member focusing on meeting the needs of those in hospitals and nursing homes. He is married to his wife Violet and has numerous kids, grandkids, and even great-grandkids.
